This allows our donors (paying taxes in the Netherlands) to enjoy tax benefits. For the purpose of ANBI registration, Women on Wings provides the following information:
Organization’s objective
We want to co-create one million jobs for women in rural India.
In India, about 400 million people live in poverty. Especially in rural areas, there is little paid work and therefore poverty, illiteracy and malnutrition. If we create sustainable employment for women with our partners, this means that the poverty spiral can be broken. Read more about the vision and mission of Women on Wings in our manifesto.

Organization and remuneration policy
Our core team is based in India and the Netherlands, led by an Indian and a Dutch managing director, overseen by the Women on Wings Supervisory Board.
